2tb External Storage Drive -(THUMB Drive)

Greetings - I have this drive 2TB DRIVE that I purchased from Amazon within the last 90 days. I have data stored on it. Within the last 72hrs, on at least two computers, (home based), the drive/information/directory is now showing. The thumb drive is being acknowledged into the computer as there is an audible ding/noise, like there is with any other USB external based device.
