24H2 WIFI connection problem. I can't connect to some apps

Days ago i was running 23H2 but i had a problem with some apps so i decided to do a clean install of windows. I did the clean install but it was 24h2. I didn't want it since i heard it has a lot of problems but also heard you Microsoft fixed the most. I was busy for past few days but today i was free so i decided to call my friends on discord play some games all that online stuff. When i tried i couldn't even tho browser is fine but discord doesn't and it's not a discord problem i wasn't having this problem before the update.
