24h2 update ruined my pc

so i got the update and my wifi card adapter had problems it would connect to my phone data but not my wifi and would just disappear or reconnect and then disappear and had lots of problems i used media creation tool by aveyo to go back and that made everything worse it made settings not work and nivida control panel disappear and the wifi worked normally on there but when i did the update again for 24h2 its just broke my wifi card im doing a clean install if i delete my c drive does anything get affected if i dont back it up
