24H2 update is making my computer freeze and crash

Often now when I boot up it doesn’t load windows properly and I have to restart using the power button. If I get it booted up it works ok for a whole and then after between 30mins and a few hours starts freeze until nothing will work. I have recovered the oldest recovery option and that seemed to help at first and now it’s gone back to the same issues. I’ve tried to uninstall the update but it shows an error message and suggests resetting the PC which has to be a last resort as it will take me a week to reinstall everything and I have to work.
