24H2 Update for Windows 11 created Driver PNP Watchdog boot loop

I tried to install the 24H2 update for Windows 11. It downloaded and installed, then began the after installation reboot. After some spinning, it went to the blue screen of death with a stop code: Driver PNP Watchdog. It said "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart it for you." Now that's all it will do. Just boot loop to that blue page and restart itself over and over. It's an HP Envy laptop. Please help.
