24H2 sucks...make 23H2 available to rollback until issues are corrected for 24H2

Ever since upgrading to 24H2, I have had so many issues with my laptop. Increased lag and latency, overclocking and fan constantly running, laptop getting extremely hot. Battery only last less than 30 minutes with 100% battery charge. Battery used to last at least 3+ hours while streaming movies prior to 24H2 upgrade. I have performed all bios, firmware and cumulative updates as available by Dell and Microsoft. Please allow to rollback to 23H2 until issues are fixed.
