(2025) Minecraft stuck on pending download Windows 10

Terminated as well, for Minecraft Launcher, AND Microsoft store. Microsoft store still has 781.6MB of the download "completed" despite the termination, and I even deleted all the files from the XboxGames folder it was downloading into, so if it all downloads into there, that 781.6MB can't even be found anymore but it's still frozen on it despite Repair, Reset, and Termination.
