2025-3 Cumulative update Issue with 2025-3. It repeatedly fails and then backs out and uninstalls, only to do it again.

My fairly new Lenovo Thinkpad laptop will not load the latest 2025-3 Cumulative Windows update. It repeatedly fails and then backs itself out and uninstalls, only to do it all over again. How do I get rid of this update once and for all? I have tried the troubleshooter and many of the solutions listed in this forum to no avail. A Dolby driver update is also hanging in the install folder and won't install or go away either. Help, please!I am not a techie, and am struggling!
