2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039302) stuck on 0% downloading

About an hour ago as of typing this, I checked my updates and found the above waiting to be downloaded and installed. I clicked the button to download, and... It's been stuck on "Downloading - 0%" for over an hour now.Should I just let it run its course, or should I shut my device down and try again? Or would shutting it down mess-up/interrupt the download?
