2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) is stuck at downloading 0%.As far as I can tell this update is for windows 10. I reviewed it seems for windows update health, windows updates has been stuck on downloading 0% for any update for the past week. I've done many search recommending in place upgrade/reinstall, sfc, DISM, etc ... which I've tried , all accept clean install which i'm pretty sure work but then I'd lose all apps.
