After I installed the 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the Thunderbolt 3 port (USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C) on my Dell Precision 5530 was not recognized when I attached an external drive (I tried multiple cables and drives).
