I recently have tried to open my microsoft store and it just gets stuck on the loading screen, so I figure maybe I needed to update my system. I go into updates and I am met with this message, I hit download and install, retry, refresh and turning off and on. I tried to download the update manually, and was met with Windows Update Standalone Installer encountered an error (0x80070422). I go into my services app and see windows update is disabled, so I try to change the option to automatic and manually but each time I get a Access Denied message.
