2022-01 Security and Quality Rollup for .Net framework KB5009721 keeps coming back

I don't know what question to ask, but I hope Microsoft either fixes this with a new update or someone knows a way to fix it:On probably a 100 servers, I have this update "2022-01 Security and Quality Rollup for .Net framework KB5009721" installed, but when I look at Windows Update on my server, it says that it needs it. It seems that it is going to keep coming back and patching will never end. Or maybe if I try it three times, it will finally go away. I'm not sure yet.Windows Server 2012 R2 and maybe other versions.
