2020-07 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 8.1 will not install. Gets error code 80073701??

Hello, I am receiving an error message, 80073701, whenever I attempt to install the latest update for Windows 8.1 Professional (x64). I've attempted to install this update on 3 separate occasions this morning, and it will not install. Other updates have succeeded, but this one does not. I ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and it applied 3 different fixes, but afterward, the update still does not complete. I was wondering if there is anything that I might do, on my end, to expedite and/or fix this issue?
