2 terminal windows open when I start windows

Can somebody tell me why 2 terminal windows open and usually immediately close when I start my laptop and or how to tell what they were associated with or trying to do? It's pretty much done this since new on this laptop, It gets scanned regularly on a schedule with Windows Defender and always reports free of viruses and or malware.This time I managed to click on one window and caught this but no clue what it was trying to do or turn on or off etc. Is there maybe a terminal log somewhere that will show me what the terminal was trying to do?Thanks
