We hve two laptops in the house, both have the same account, same password. Never had a problem. For the past week, one works just fine, but we can't log in to the other laptop. The password is always refused (even if we tried changing the account pw numerous times. At the password prompt, the message shows "your credentials could not be verified" as the reason why the pw is rejected.I have been in contact with at least 3-4 different Microsoft technicians in 3 days. I've been sent codes by email - it didn't help - the codes were also refused. So many suggestions - not one of them worked
