2 Issues after updating to Win 11 24H2

After updating it would appear I have no audio devices installed and I have an update2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050009)That isn't updating on restart or shutdown and start, it reappears after each start.Not been able to find an answer hence would appreciate assistance.
