2 Hours To Sign In

“This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again.”My laptop has been restarting on its own and this problem has been recurring for a year now, every single day. I went to a store to get it fixed, but this still happens. The frequency is very irritating and I just lost count of it. I don’t know how to troubleshoot this. I need to work but I have to wait for 2 hours at least????
