2 Different BSOD events caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Long story short, I swapped my motherboard around 3-4 months ago, upgraded to an B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2 (rev. 1.5), updated the bios to the latest version (ver FGd 2 sep 2024) and for a bit had no problems, then on 29/12/2024 I had one blue screen that was really messed up, wasn't the first time I've seen one like it, last time was like 6 months ago and it was caused by a faulty ram stick, I replaced all my ram sticks (even though there was only 1 broken and I knew which one it was) and the problem was fixed, the blue screen on 29/12/2024 and the one that happened just today are apparently cau
