2 br0 entries in arp table but no bridge connection in network connection

2 br0 entries in arp table (from my modem interface with both connected to the same Ethernet adapter.I didn’t setup any bridge connection and nothing is displayed in Network connection in my win 11 home laptop.One with ip address 169.254.156… which I have no idea what device it is.I like to know how the br0 was setup since I didn’t setup virtualization. My laptop was hacked and i have restored but somehow virtualisation was still enabled. I disabled via bios.I connect to internet using a Ethernet adapter. I don’t know much about networking so any advice is appreciated
