`,2, and ctrl key not working

My `,2, and ctrl all are not working the problem starting when i was playing a game with my friends and then all of a sudden my hotbar (the number keys) were not working i thought it was the game until i went to type those keys into google and they didnt respond i watched alot of youtube videos and etc but i dont know whats wrong with my keys every other key works but `,2, and ctrl and i took apart the key itself n cleaned it a little bit just for it to still not work, please help
