1114 DLL ERROR when launc game

Hello everyone, I have been suffering for 2 days in a row with the error: "Failed to load dll from the list" Error code: 1114 So all my games started up absolutely fine, I played Sims 4 and others and everything was fine (yesterday I had Windows 10) So I downloaded the Phasmophobia game and I get this error when I start the game itself. I tried every possible solution and nothing worked for me. The first way I wanted to change the power plan setting mode.And right away I have a question: in the settings I don’t have the main components that I have on my other laptop (the game works fine there)
