Hello! I have Windows 10. I couldn't download apps from Microsoft store to my computer. I tried to troubleshoot Microsoft store and Windows Update service, but that didn't help. Then I went to Services, clicked on Windows Update service and opened its properties. I saw that the service is named wuaserv_bkp instead of wuaserw. And when I tried to stop it and then start it manually, an error 1053 appeared. I read in the internet that _bkp addition after the service means that my system is infected. Windows Defender doesn't show it and doesn't help. DRr Web Cureit also doesn't help. Also I tried
