100% SSD disk usage problem that keeps showing up (especially when I stop using PC for few minutes) and freezes PC that I can't seem to solve.

So anyways few weeks ago my SSD died, so I bought new one. I had to install Windows 10 Home on it, and everything was working fine for first week or so, then I had to go on a one week trip, and when I came back home to use PC, I suddenly started having some huge lag issues that just freeze PC for few minutes, and I realized it's because my SSD just spikes to 100% active usage without reading/writing almost anything.The thing is I noticed that it usually happens when I go out of the room for like 10 minutes, or just take a break from PC while it's still being on, and almost always when I get ba
