100% HDD Usage 0 write or reads on Windows 10

My 4tb Ironwolf pro 5400rpm recently started acting up and going to 100% usage with 0 write or reads after about 5 minutes in any game and impossible to play, but for any other files or transfers the drive works flawlessly and at its rated speeds. I tried every kind of diskmark, official seagate app and many others that I struggle to even remember the names and all of them rated the drive at its normal speeds, showed no bad sectors, said its OK and at 100% Health, also tried multiple windows diskcheck which took a while, but also resulted in clean results.
