100% Disk Usage on Windows 11

I am regularly sitting at around 90% - 100% on my disk usage in Task Manager even when nothing is running on my computer. It usually shows the system as the highest running process at that time. I am currently running Windows 11 and have tried everything to fix this to no avail. I already checked for updates and while there is one available, the button to download is gray and unclickable. I have already performed an SFC Scan and Repair Windows Image process in command prompt, multiple times. I have also performed a clean boot and turned off all non-essential start-up programs.
