100% disk usage on ssd

Hello, I have been having trouble just this day with 100% disk usage on windows 10 my specs are:Windows 10 Pro 64 bit12GB (4 & 8 )installed ram 1600mhzAMD A7960 GB Kingston SDDI cloned my hdd to this new ssd and all went well for a day. This morning when I boot it, it suddenly hangs. After restarting it, it says no bootable drive then I just replug the sata and it boots again but after that, everything I open except file explorer, disk runs at 100 percent and I can't find and solutions.
