1 Year old pc constantly getting BSOD

[Windows 11]

I've done everything. I've reinstalled windows. Reinstalled every driver individually. Installed different versions of Windows. I've tried booting into Safe Mode and after a whole day there was no BSOD, but i dont think that's telling because some days i simply don't get BSOD. I've also spent hours monitoring temps and voltage, and when it showed the BSOD there was absolutely no change or spike. I cant find any sort of help except when people send their minidumps.
