0xC1900101-0x40017 error during Windows 11 upgrade to 24H2 from 23H2

I want to update from 23H2 to 24H2. I do the update via the iso file, but also got the same behaviour when the update was offered via Windows Update. The update runs, and at the end I get a BSOD with the error code 0xC1900101 - 0x40017. Installation was not succesful, in second boot phase an error occured. On the BSOD the error says page fault in nonpaged area. Logs from setupapi are attached.setupapi.upgrade.zip
