Had this ongoing issue for a few years. Every year I would find motivation to fix this problem and would spend at least a month to fix it each day, nothing has solved it. I've watched and researched through countless videos and website on how to solve it, even went scavenging through old Microsoft articles people post with the same problem I have done everything the problem still cannot find a fix.
