0xc10100be error when trimming down my game highlights.

when i hit save it infinite loads and will never give me a progress amount. and the file it creates is a corrupted file. how do i fix this error? i've tried troubleshooting the app, and uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and still no luck. I am even on a fresh version of windows to still have the same issue.
