0xc00006d subtopic 0xc0070005 then security pin is deleted

Dear Everybody, My security pin got deleted on my Dell XPS15 and I can no longer log in. Initially, I got the error message I'd of 0xc00006d substatus 0xc0070005, but now I do not get that any more. I kepp logging into the repair screen with my long Bitlocker password and the Microsoft password. I tried every variation of changing the startup options, with no success. I also tried changing the security options in the bios, and I did not get any further. Every time I get back to the Windows screen, it asks for a pin.
