0xc00000f windows 11 Error

I’ve been having issues installing windows 11 onto my new pc. I made a usb media copy of windows 11 and now when I put it into my pc, both motherboard slot and pc case slot it shows this screen. I have tried everything like checking bios to see if my ssd is installed and UEFI. It is all set up and working and this is still showing up. I can’t go to any other page except this one and if I click F8 or enter it just refreshes the same page doing nothing. Hitting escape brings me back to my original bios settings. I can’t trouble shoot or anything. Does anyone know what to do?
