0xc000007b error. Any solution?

0xc000007b error: This error showed up when I tried to launch MGSTPP but other games were running just fine. I tried to follow all the avilable solution like checking disk errors, re-installing directx, C++, dotnet framework, copied the DLL files directly and re-installed the game as well. Now the other games show the same error.
