0xc0000005 & unable to complete clean install

Hello everyone! I hope you can help because I'm truly at wits end. To give a bit of insight of how I got here, a few weeks ago when I downloaded the new Assassin's Creed and the new NVIDIA driver my PC started having crashes on all programmes with the exception code 0xc0000005 as well as having Status_Access_Violation while using chrome, these are the issues that persist until now.
