0x8007232B error with the troubleshooter's error of internet, please help.

I can't upload the image because it says not found, but the troubleshooter program says that it's an internet problem, and try again. I tried again.It failed.So... I really want to activate my windows because of the annoying "activate Windows" at the bottom of my screen, so please help.
