0x80070652 Error when trying to Install C++ Redistributable

So I have a friend that is running Windows 11 Home (x64) who has encountered an issue recently where a lot of the games he plays are telling him he needs to update his C++ Runtime package.However, every time he's tried to update by downloading the most recent package, it's throwing him the error code 0x80070652 which implies another installer being open.So far we've:Checked for a process in Task Manager - there was none.Did DISM sfc /scannow and repaired the corrupted files that were found, then restarted. No change in progress so we then did a disk cleanup and removed temporary files and rest
