0x800700c1 error code, cant update, tried everything i could as someone who doesnt understand much in pcs/checked yt aswell.

My windows updates are failing since the recent update.I cant use sfc /scannow, get the "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service".Cant reset the pc either cuz it cant update.Ive tried updating via ISO file too.Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631
