My PC made a zooming/buzzing sound, so I removed the pane and made sure none of the fans weren't touching any cables. Once I started my PC back up, I noticed these problems. Now I'm unsure if this is a hardware or software problem.According to System Storage my C drive is completely full, yet explorer shows the correct amount of used space.Anything that requires Admin rights fails to open, only for an error message to appear after a couple of minutes.
