Intune Licensing

HiI have a query regarding Intune licensing on shared devices. Do all users (Entra ID accounts) that sign in to shared desktop PC or laptop need to have an Intune license assigned or can one logged on licensed user ensure that all other users that sign in to the same device have access to the same resources that would be available to the licensed user?Thanks
